Ranae Williams is an inspiring VP of HR with over 20+ years of experience in healthcare Human Resources. Ranae oversees the development and execution of human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Ranae previously held leadership Human Resource roles at Conifer Health Solutions, SPi Healthcare, and Tri City Medical Center.
Ranae provides guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources functions to support the employees, our teams, and the company to be able to serve our clients and the patients under their care.
Dan Conrad is a resourceful Sr Director IT with 30+ years of experience in healthcare information technology. Dan executes strategies including automation and data optimization to streamline technology services. Dan previously held IT leadership roles at Conifer Health Solutions, SPi Healthcare, and Springfield Service Corporation.
Dan and his team support the technology infrastructure for our operational teams and ensures our technology platforms and tools are on the forefront of industry standards.
Alan Quirk is an innovative CFO with over 25 years of Accounting and Finance experience, with a proven track record of driving increased organizational value and growing physician services companies with annual revenues of up to $220M. He has held CFO and VP leadership roles at similar RCM organizations such as Bolder Healthcare/Cognizant, Conifer Health Solutions, and SPi Healthcare.
Alan ensures the financial success of the company by monitoring profitability and financial impact related to the delivery of executed client contracts. Alan’s expertise in financial management and accounting within the revenue cycle management industry enhances our clients’ financial performance and positions them for long-term financial success.
John O'Donnell is a visionary President & CEO with over 30 years of experience in the hospital and physician practice perspective. His unique understanding of the financial pressures faced by healthcare organizations allows him to lead the company by aligning technology and operations to meet revenue cycle needs.
Prior to joining Strivant Health, John served as the President of Physician Services for Conifer Health. John has also held various leadership positions in both operations and technology at SPi Healthcare, Palos Community Hospital, and Healthcare Computing Strategies.
