He has held CFO and VP leadership roles at similar RCM organizations such as Bolder Healthcare/Cognizant, Conifer Health Solutions, and SPi Healthcare.

Alan’s expertise in financial management and accounting within the revenue cycle management industry enhances our clients’ financial performance and positions them for long-term financial success.
John O'Donnell is a visionary President & CEO with over 30 years of experience in the hospital and physician practice perspective. His unique understanding of the financial pressures faced by healthcare organizations allows him to lead the company by aligning technology and operations to meet revenue cycle needs.
Prior to joining Strivant Health, John served as the President of Physician Services for Conifer Health. John has also held various leadership positions in both operations and technology at SPi Healthcare, Palos Community Hospital, and Healthcare Computing Strategies.
