Alan Quirk, CFO, brings over 25 years of Accounting and Finance experience to us. Alan has a proven track record of driving increased organizational value and for growing physician services companies with annual revenues up to $220M. His CFO and VP leadership roles have been at similar RCM organizations such as Bolder Healthcare/Cognizant, Conifer Health Solutions, and SPi Healthcare. As CFO, Alan Quirk provides strategy and operational leadership to ensure the financial success of the Company; including monitoring the profitability and the financial impact related to the delivery of executed client contracts.
Alan Quirk has his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lewis University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
